SaneScan Privacy Policy

SaneScan stores scans, images, OCR text, and exports locally on your device. SaneScan does not require an account and does not upload scan content to SaneApps servers.

Data Collection

SaneScan does not collect personal data, analytics, advertising identifiers, or scan contents.

Camera And Photos

Camera access is used only when you start a scan. Photo library access is used only when you choose images to import. Exports are shared only when you open the export sheet yourself.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. SaneScan uses Apple's transaction state to unlock Pro features.
